TEEK TAKA - Blockchain based Supply Chain Case Study
TEEK TAKA is an ethical trade finance platform that seeks to improve labour practices in global supply chains through transparency and accountability. It is a digital platform that leverages the power of blockchain technology and trade financing to transform global supply chain practices. An Immense potential based project form Bangladesh which provides low-income workers with digital identities making it easier to verify fair wage payments, contract hours and safe working conditions. Adrixus developed a research based UX UI design for TEEK TAKA where the study of all roles/users, their actions, need and data mapping is taken care with analytical and creative flow in design.
The global supply chain is complex and often opaque. As such consumers lack meaningful information about where their clothes are made. A garment might say 'Made in Bangladesh' but in which of the country’s thousands of factories and under what conditions for its employees? There is no any secure registry for workers and their contracts to ensure better protection of their rights. To brings resilience to vulnerable systems and encourages trust and cooperation where it's needed the most, TEEK TAKA is founded.
